Searching for Opportunities or Sales Leads

To quickly find your opportunities as your business grows, you can leverage Zenoti's multiple search criteria. You can then efficiently convert an opportunity or sales lead into an actual sale of a service, package, or membership. 

To search for an Opportunity or a Sales Lead:

  1. Ensure you are at the Center level.
  2. Click the Sales tab.
    The Sales Dashboard appears.
  3. On the Sales Dashboard, click Tracking > Opportunities
    The Manage Opportunities window opens.
  4. Expand the Search for Opportunities by section.
    You can now view a default set of search criteria that you can use to search for opportunities. 
  5. Enter your search criteria. See the table below for details. 
  6. Click Search.
    You can now view and edit opportunities that you searched for. Or, you can take the necessary follow-up action.

Zenoti provides a range of search parameters that you can use to search for opportunities. Refer to the following table for a list of such search parameters that are available by default.

Field Description
Keyword

Enter any key word by which you want to search for opportunities or sales leads. 
Example: Skin care, body massage.

Important: You can save such search criteria for future use by clicking the Save Search Criteria button. 

Guest

Enter the name of a guest who enquired about your services, packages, or memberships to search and track opportunities by guest names.
Important: You can save such search criteria for future use by clicking the Save Search Criteria button. 

Owner

Select the name of the sales owner from the drop-down list to search and track opportunities by sales owner. 

Status

Select the status of the Opportunity that you want to search for such as Lead, Prospect, Active, On Hold, Won, or Lost. Learn more: Creating a New Opportunity or a Sales Lead

Follow-up From

Specify dates for follow-up for an opportunity such as opportunities to follow up from the current month to the next month. This way, you can look for opportunities for this time period and take necessary follow-up action such as making calls to guests and updating them on services, packages, or memberships on offer. 
Example: If your current month is May, select 1st May here. 

Follow-up-To

Specify dates for follow-up for an opportunity such as opportunities to follow up from the current month to the next month. This way, you can look for opportunities for this time period and take necessary follow-up action such as making calls to guests and updating them on services, packages, or memberships on offer. 
Example: If your current month is May, select 30 June here. 

Priority

Select opportunities by Priority such as High, Medium, and Low to search for them and take necessary action.  Learn more: Creating a New Opportunity or a Sales Lead

Type

Select opportunities by Type such as opportunity for membership, packages, or others. 

Created from

Search for opportunities based on a date range.
Example: If you want to search for opportunities that were created in the past two months, enter the Created on date (start date) here. 

Created to

Search for opportunities based on a date range.
Example: If you want to search for opportunities that were created in the past two months, enter the Created to date (end date) here.
