Zenoti Payments: Process Payments on Webstore and CMA

You can configure Zenoti Payments to process card payments made by your guests on Webstore and Customer Mobile Application (CMA).

Before you Begin

In Zenoti Payments settings, ensure the following are selected:

  • Enable credit card processing in Webstore
  • Enable credit card processing for mobile
  • Save credit cards in Webstore
  • Save credit cards in mobile

Processing Card Payments on Webstore

Once you configure Zenoti Payments, guests can make card payments on Webstore as follows:

  1. Log in to the Webstore, book an appointment, and come to the Payments Screen.
  2. Click Pay Now.
    A screen to enter billing details appears.
  3. Enter the billing details and click Submit.
    A window to enter your card details appears.
  4. Enter the card details and click Submit Payment.
    The transaction details are updated in Zenoti.

Processing Card Payments on CMA

Once you configure Zenoti Payments, guests can make card payments on CMA as follows:

  1. Log in to the CMA, book an appointment, and come to the Payments Screen and tap Pay & Book.
    Confirm Screen appears.
  2. Tap Confirm.
    A window to enter your card details appears.
  3. Enter the card details and tap Submit Payment.
    The transaction details are updated in Zenoti.
