Report: List of Opportunities

Overview

The List of Opportunities Report is a tabular report that gives you a quick snapshot of the various types of Opportunities that need follow-up at your Center.

Center Managers and managers at the Organization level can use this report to get insights into expected revenues from each Opportunity status. Managers can quickly judge the financial health of their Centers and take the necessary decisions to push business.

Navigation

To view the List of Opportunities Report from the Organization level:

  1. From the main menu, click the Sales tab.
    The Sales Dashboard opens.
  2. Expand Reports from the left panel.
  3. Click  List of Opportunities.
  4. Select the Center for which you wish you view the report.
    Example: Los Angeles
  5. Select a time period for which you want to view the report.
    Example: 1 month
    If you select Custom, you need to further specify the From and To date for the report; you can view these reports for up to 6 months in the future from the present month.
  6. Click Refresh.
    The List of Opportunities Report appears.
    Note: Alternatively, click Data to get a tabular view of the report. To export the report, on the top right side of the report, click the Excel  or .CSV  icons.

To view the List of Opportunities Report from the Center level:

  1. Ensure you are at the Center for which you wish to see the report.
    Click Sales.
    The Sales Dashboard opens.
  2. Expand Reports from the left panel.
  3. Click List of Opportunities.
  4. Select a time period for which you want to view the report.
    Example: 1 month
    If you select Custom, you need to further specify the From and To date for the report; you can view these reports for up to 6 months in the future from the present month.
  5. Click Refresh.
    The List of Opportunities Report appears.
    Note: Alternatively, click Data to get a tabular view of the report. To export the report, on the top right side of the report, click the Excel  or .CSV icons.  

 

Example: You can view the List of Opportunities for the Los Angeles center. The report gives a quick snapshot of the  Opportunities at the Center and their current Status. You can also view the Follow Up Date - Sales Owners need to call the customer back for follow ups on these dates.

Select this option if you wish to view a list of Opportunities and details such as the name of the Opportunity, Follow-up Date, Guest Name, Mobile Number. This report is useful for you to focus on the Follow-up Dates and quickly get in touch with Guests using their phone numbers.

From the drop-down list, select either 1, 2, 3, or 6 months or Custom.

Note: For custom dates, you can view data for a maximum date range of 6 months at a time.

Example: If you wish to see data from January to August, first view data from January to June and then view data from July to August.

Center

Displays the name of the Center for which you are generating the report.

Example: Los Angeles

Displays the Opportunity number. This field corresponds to the Opportunity Number in the General tab when you click the Title (Opportunity Title).

Example: In the screenshot, in the Los Angeles Center, the Opportunity number #1228 is the Opportunity from Package for Hair Treatments.

Title

Displays the Title of the Opportunity.
Example: Membership Expiry

Sales Owner

Displays the name of the Sales Owner.
Example: Aaron King is a Sales Owner at the Los Angeles Center.

Guest

Displays the name of the Guest.
Example: Clair Maximus is a Guest at the Los Angeles Center.

Guest Code

Displays the Guest Code.
Example: Clair Maximus has the Guest Code of LA329.

Mobile

Displays the mobile number of the Guest.

Status

Displays the Sales Status of the Opportunity indicating whether the Opportunity is in Lead, Prospect, Active, On Hold, Won, or Lost status.

Follow Up Date

Displays the Follow Up Date - the date on which you need to get in touch with the Guest for a follow up and then take the necessary action, or record the response of the Guest for further reference.

Note: To view the list of Opportunities that you have missed, you can view the Opportunities  Pending Follow Up Report from Admin > Reports > Daily Reports> Opportunities Pending Follow Up.

Expected Close Date

Displays the date on which the Sales Owner expects the Opportunity to be closed - that is, the date on which the Sales Owner expects the Opportunity to be converted into an actual sale.

Offered Price

Displays the Offered Price for Services or Products, if the Sales Owner has made such an offer to a Guest to attract sales. Sometimes, Sales Owners may have the liberty to offer up to 10 to 15% discounts on Services and Products.
