Report: Pipeline by Owner

Overview

The Pipeline by Owner Report is a visual representation of revenues that are in the pipeline over the next few months for a given Center. These revenue estimates are based on Sales Owners and the business that they are projected to get into the Center. You can see the revenues expected from each of the Sales Owners in the report.

Center Managers and managers at the Organization level can use this report to get insights into how well each Sales Owner is doing at the Center. Managers can compare and contrast high performers and average performers and take necessary decisions to encourage the Sales Owners towards better revenue collections.

Navigation

To view the Pipeline by Owner Report from the Organization level:

  1. From the main menu, click the Sales tab.
    The Sales Dashboard opens.
  2. Expand Reports from the left panel.
  3. Click  Pipeline.
  4. From the Select a Report drop down list box, select Pipeline by Owner .
  5. Select the Center for which you wish you view the report.
    Example: Los Angeles
  6. Select a time period for which you want to view the report.
    Example: 1 month
    If you select Custom, you need to further specify the From and To date for the report; you can view these reports for up to 6 months in the future from the present month.
  7. Click Refresh.
    The Pipeline by Owner Report appears.
    Note: Alternatively, click Data to get a tabular view of the report. To export the report, on the top right side of the report, click the Excel , PDF , or .CSV  icons.  

To view the Pipeline by Status Report from the Center level:

  1. Ensure you are at the Center for which you wish to see the report.
  2. Click Sales.
    The Sales Dashboard opens.
  3. Expand Reports from the left panel.
  4. Click Pipeline.
  5. From the Select a Report drop down list box, select Pipeline by Owner.
  6. Select a time period for which you want to view the report.
    Example: 1 month
    If you select Custom, you need to further specify the From and To date for the report; you can view these reports for up to 6 months in the future from the present month.
  7. Click Refresh.
    The Pipeline by Status Report appears.
    Note: Alternatively, click Data to get a tabular view of the report. To export the report, on the top right side of the report, click the Excel , PDF , or .CSV  icons.

Select this option if you want to run the report to view the revenue that is in the pipeline based on the Sales Owners and their performance.

From the drop-down list, select either 1, 2, 3, or 6 months or Custom.

Note: For custom dates, you can view data for a maximum date range of 6 months at a time.

Example: If you wish to see data from January to August, first view data from January to June and then view data from July to August.


Example: For the Los Angeles Center, you can view the projected revenue over the next 1 month from different Sales Owners. The projected revenue is again broken up into revenue from specific Sales Statuses that are color coded so that it is easy for you to know at a glance how much revenue is projected for which Sales Owner based on Sales Status.

 

If you click Data, you can view the same report in a tabular format - this view makes it easy for you to export the data to an Excel, PDF or .CSV file.

Owner Name

Lists the name of the Sales Owner and the projected revenue from each based on Sales Statues.

Lead

Revenue expected in the pipeline from Opportunities in the Lead status.

Example: This report has no projected revenue from this status.

Prospect

Revenue expected in the pipeline from Opportunities in the Prospect status.

Example: According to this report, Harry King is projected to get in a revenue of $1099 from Opportunities with Prospect status.  

Active

Revenue expected in the pipeline from Opportunities in the Active status.

Example: According to this report, Aaron King is projected to get in a revenue of $300 from Opportunities with Active status.

On Hold

Revenue expected in the pipeline from Opportunities in the On Hold status.

Example: This report has no projected revenue from this status.

Won

Revenue expected in the pipeline from Opportunities in the Won status.

Example: This report has no projected revenue from this status.

Lost

Revenue expected in the pipeline from Opportunities in the Lost status.

Example: This report has no projected revenue from this status.
