Retail Sales Ratio Report

The Retails Sales Ratio report helps you track the ratio of product sales to service sales at your center in a selected time period. You can sort the report data by dates or date ranges as well as by the names of employees from your center. 


Whose Data is Included

The following table shows the list of different types of employees associated with your center and whether their data is included in the report:

Important Notes

This report considers only closed invoices.


Follow these steps to run the report:

  1. Make sure you are at the center level for which you want to run the report. 
  2. On the Main menu, click the Admin tab.
  3. On the Admin Dashboard, click Reports > Revenue.
  4. From the reports list, select Retail Sales Ratio.
  5. Click Refresh to view the results. To export the report data, on the top right side of the report, click the Excel  or .CSV icons
    By default, the report is displayed in tabular format. To view the report in graphical format, click the graph icon. 

Filter Criteria

   
Date or Employee  

By default, the report shows the overall center sales data filtered by each date within the selected time period. To view the report based on employees, select the Employee option from the list. 

Employee Name  

By default, the report shows the data for all the employees who worked in this center in the selected time period. To run the report for a specific employee, select the name from the list of employees.

Name of the employee 
#Products The number of products sold by the employee in the selected time period. A product sale is added to an employee's account if their name is selected in the Sold By field for the product in the POS. 
Product Revenue

When you run the report by date, the column shows the revenue made by the center through product sales in the selected time period. 

For employees, it is the revenue from product sales by each employee in the selected time period. Note that revenue from product sales is based on the split commission settings. So, if $100 sale is split between Employee 1 and Employee 2 at 60% and 40%, then the product revenue is shown against those employee columns as $60 and $40 respectively. 

Note that the price of products sold as part of packages during the time period is apportioned based on the package price, and added to product revenue.

# Services

When you run the report by date, this column shows the number of services sold at the center in the selected time period. 

For employees, it is the number of services sold by an employee in the selected time period. A service sale is added to an employee's account if their name is selected in the Sold By field for the service in the POS. 

Service Revenue

When you run the report by date, the column shows the revenue made by the center through service sales in the selected time period. 

For employees, it is the revenue from service sales made by each employee in the selected time period. Note that revenue from service sales is based on the split commission settings. So, if $100 sale is split between Employee 1 and Employee 2 at 60% and 40%, then the service revenue is shown against those employee columns as $60 and $40 respectively. 

The revenue also includes free service revenues from memberships. 

Total Total revenue made from product and services sales, which is Product Revenue +  Service Revenue.
% Product/Service The percentage of product to service revenue. It is calculated as (Product Revenue/Service Revenue)*100. 
% Product/Total The percentage of product revenues of the total revenue. It is calculated as (Product Revenue/Total Revenue)*100.
