Employee Dashboard gives you a personalized view of your monthly schedules, appointments, and payroll details. Employees can view or print their schedules and payroll information using this dashboard.
Do one of the following to open the Employee Dashboard:
- From the Admin module: On the top right corner of the Admin module, click your login account name, and then click My Dashboard.
- From the Appointment Book: On the bottom right panel of the appointment book, click your login account name, and then click My Dashboard.
The left pane of the dashboard shows the following links:
Based on the security roles assigned to you, the tabs that are displayed on the top of the page may differ. Refer to Security Roles & Permissions for more information related to roles.
This section displays your schedule for each month. By default, the system displays your schedule for the current month. You can navigate back and forth to access schedules for other months.
Click the printer icon at the top right corner of the window to print your schedule.

Appointments section displays the list of your appointments for the selected time period. By default, the page displays your current day’s appointments. If a service has multiple segments, only those segments that are assigned to you are displayed here.
You can view appointments for any past or future dates using the Time Period filter.
|Invoice No||The invoice number that is created when the appointment is booked|
|Guest||Name of the guest who booked the appointment|
|Service||Name of the service that is booked|
|Date||Date of the appointment|
|Start Time||Start time of the appointment|
|End Time||End time of the appointment|
|Request Type||Type of appointment request: Any/Male/Female/Specific therapist|
|Room||Room booked for the appointment|
|Status||Status of the appointment: Open/Closed/Cancelled/No Show/Checked-in/Confirmed/Deleted|
For each appointment, system shows the status of the appointment:
- Open - appointment booked and not yet confirmed
- Confirmed - guest confirmed the appointment
- Checked-in - guest is currently in the center
- Closed - payment received and invoice is closed
The details shown in this section vary depending on whether or not the Calculate employee pay based on higher of total hourly pay and service commission is enabled for your center.
- When the Calculate employee pay based on higher of total hourly pay and service commission is disabled for the center:
This section displays your payroll information such as salary or hourly pay, commissions, and tips you've earned in the selected pay period.
Item Name Description Salary Salary configured for the pay period; applicable only to salaried employees Total Hourly Pay Total number of regular work hours for the pay period multiplied by your hourly pay rate Total Overtime Pay Total number of overtime hours for the pay period multiplied by your overtime pay rate Commissions
Total commissions earned in the pay period. This includes commissions earned on sale of items such as services, add-ons, products, memberships, packages, and gift cards. It also includes center commission and tenure bonus, if applicable.Note that Center Commission is the percent commission configured for your center that is applicable to all employees. It is applied on total revenue generated by each employee in a pay period. Tenure Bonus is the commission that an employee receives upon completion of certain number of years; applicable only if configured.
Tips Total tips you have earned in the pay period Total Pay The sum of all the above, which is your total pay for the pay period
This section details all the sales you have made and the commissions or tips that were earned. It lists the details of each individual sale item of yours and the commission you earned on its sale. Tips are displayed once per each invoice, if applicable for that invoice. Center commission and tenure bonus are displayed once for the whole pay period, if applicable.

The first table displays the following items:
Item Name Description Salary Shows the salary of the employee; applies only to salaried employees Hourly Pay/Service Commission Total sum calculated for the pay period, based on maximum of total hourly pay and service commission Commissions Total commissions earned in the pay period, excluding service commissions Tips Total tips earned in the pay period Total Pay Sum of all of the above, which is the total pay for the pay period
An additional table is displayed when the above configuration is enabled, detailing the Total Hourly Pay and Service Commissions you have earned in the pay period, and how the total sum is calculated.
