Configuring Automatic Issues Creation and Notification

Setting up When an Automatic Issue is Created

Zenoti enables you to configure automatic issues in the following cases:

  • When the guest gives a feedback rating that is less than a number that you specify
  • When the guest submits a comment in the feedback form.

Follow these steps to set up the automatic issue configurations:

  1. Make sure you are at the organization level.
  2. On the main menu, click the Admin tab.
    The Admin Dashboard appears.
  3. On the Admin Dashboard, click Organization > Organizations.
  4. On the Edit Organization window, click the Settings tab, and then click Issues.
  5. In the Create an issue if any rating in the feedback from is below box, enter a number. An automatic issue is created when a guest gives a feedback that is less than this number. For example, if you enter 3 in the box, an automatic issue is created for all ratings less than 3 (1 and 2 ratings). 
  6. Select Create an issue if a comment is submitted checkbox if you want an issue to be created when a comment is submitted in the feedback form.


Setting up Automatic Issue Owner

To configure the employees who get notified when a customer gives a low feedback rating, follow these steps:

  1. On the main menu, click the Admin tab.
    The Admin Dashboard appears.
  2. On Admin Dashboard, click Organization > Centers. The Manage Centers window opens.
  3. Click the name of a center to edit its settings. 
  4. On the Edit Center window, click the Settings tab, and then click General.
  5. From the Issue Owner list, select the name of the person who should be notified via SMS or email.

  6. Click Save.
