Feedback Dashboards

 

This dashboard helps you to analyze feedback from customers at all centers. The ratings from the four parameters are averaged to provide a single rating for each guest for each appointment. 

This dashboard answers questions like:

  • Which centers had the highest feedback ratings?
  • Did members or new guests rate differently?
  • How many guests did not recommend your services?
