Analysis of guests sales patterns

Appointments

Track appointments booked in each center by comparing the total number of appointments by month and day.

This dashboard considers each separate service as an appointment – even if performed on the same guest. So, a guest that booked an appointment with 3 services on the same day, is reflected as 3 booked appointments in the dashboard.

In this dashboard, the label 'booking’ indicates that the appointment was booked at least 90 minutes prior to the appointment start time. Otherwise, the appointment is considered a 'walk in’.

This dashboard helps answers questions like:

  • How many appointments were booked by each center?
  • How many walk-ins vs booked appointments by center? By month? By day?
  • Do men or women walk-in more?
  • How many walk-ins vs booked appointments did each center have by gender?

Invoice Value

Use this dashboard to analyze average invoice value by center and by month. This dashboard tells you the average each customer spends at your center. Use this dashboard to analyze trends on a monthly basis.

This dashboard answers questions like:

  • What is the average invoice value by center? By gender? By month?
  • What is the average invoice value by gender? By center?
  • What is the average invoice value by member and non member? By center?
  • What is the average invoice value by new and existing guest? By center?

Service Time

Use this dashboard to analyze sales by day, by service start time. Service start time and billing time is captured from the Appointment Book. 

This dashboard answers questions like:

  • Which day and hour is the busiest for each center? By members and non-members? By gender? By new guest and existing guest?
  • Which day and hour is the busiest for service, product, membership, package, and prepaid card sale?
