Setting up Data in Zenoti

Learn how to add, edit and delete master data like your service menu, retail products, professional products and rooms. We will also look at how data maps to each other. For example, map services to a specific set of rooms. We'll review recommended organisation and center configurations for common business processes.
Finally, we will show how to streamline end of day tasks and provide accurate accounting data while saving time.

Front Desk Management

A walk through on the most common booking and billing scenarios, including how to add services or day packages to a guest’s appointment, reschedule an existing appointment, quickly add notes to a guest’s profile, book an appointment for a guest that has previously purchased a series package or membership, accept payment from a gift card, managing refunds & returns. This is the most basic training class and required for all front desk to properly use the system.
