Manage Loyalty Promotions

What is This?

At the Organization level, you can create an overall loyalty points program. As part of the Marketing module, you can create additional loyalty point promotions. These are used with some seasonal promotions. For example, you might run a promotion where you offer double loyalty points during the New Year's season. For only the time period you specify, customers can earn double points. These loyalty points promotions override your standard loyalty points program. 

Tips

  • Settings for the loyalty points program are defined in the Admin > Organization > Points page.
  • Settings such as minimum points required for redemption, maximum points allowed in a single invoice, ratio of 1 loyalty point to currency, and on which items can the loyalty points be redeemed are defined in the 'Organization - Loyalty Points' page.
