Create Email/Text Message Campaign - General

What is This?

  • Send a text message or email campaign by combining your message with an offer (cashback, discount or loyalty points promotion) and target segment.

What Next?

  • Review the 'Effectiveness' report to monitor and improve on campaigns
  • Review the status of text message deliveries from the 'Status' tab. This tab appears after the campaign is sent
  • Optionally push this campaign to the customer mobile app, Facebook or Twitter after the campaign is created

Tips

  • To send a text message campaign, ensure the 'Activate SMS' setting in the Organizations > Settings screen is activated.
