If you are a multi-center setup you may want to view the Appointment book of another center within your organization. For example, an employee with owner role may want to view the number of guest’s checked-in at another center. To view appointments in another center, the center(s) must be added to the Employee Role.
Choose any of the following methods to view appointments of another center. Note that only the center’s for which you have the role permission is listed in the drop-down.
- From the main menu, select the center you wish to look at from the center drop-down list. Click the Appointment tab to view the center’s appointments.
- Alternatively, from the main menu, click the Appointment Tab. Select the center you wish to look at from the center drop-down list.
