What is This?

Enable automated emails and texts (SMS) from this screen.   

Tips


  • Use our default text, or better yet customize emails and texts with your own messages 
  • Don't over-communicate with customers. In most cases, choose to send either a email or text, not both
  • These settings are inherited by all centers
  • Use macros to personalize and customize emails and texts 
  • Use the Cc for emails and Forward option for texts to keep staff notified. E.g., CC center managers on the notification that is sent when a package is about to expire. The manager can follow-up with the customer personally.
  • You must have email and text (SMS) credits for the automated notifications to be sent
