How to Set Up the Default Therapist Display Order

 

You can set up a default order to show the therapist names on your center's appointment book from the Admin > Centers> Settings > Appointment Book. The system allows you to set up the display order on the basis of name, job, or a custom configuration. After the order is set up, the front desk can sort the therapists directly from the appointment book temporarily. However, the order goes back to the default mode once they log out. 

You can allow or prevent the front desk from sorting the order of therapists using the Enable Sorting of therapists in Appointment Book from here: Admin Dashboard > Organization > Organizations > Settings

To set up therapist display order

  1. On the main menu, click Admin.
  2. On the Admin Dashboard, click Centers.
  3. Click the name of the center for which you want to set up the therapist display order.
  4. On the Edit Center page, click the Settings tab.
  5. Click the Appointment Book section.
  6. Click one of these options for the Therapists Display Order:

    1. By Name: lists the active therapists for the center and employees deputed to the center in an alphabetical order. The application shows any new employees that are added or newly deputed last in the display order.

    2. By Job: lists the active therapists for the center and employees deputed to the center in the order of their job titles. The application shows any new employees that are added or newly deputed last in the display order.

    3. Custom: allows the admins to set up a custom display order. The application shows any new employees that are added or newly deputed last in the display order.

    4. Click Save. Once the order is specified here, it applies to the appointment book of all the front desk staff in this center.
