What is This?
Enter issues to be addressed in the center and track through to a status of fixed. Issues may be submitted by existing guests or internal employees. Issues are also automatically created if poor feedback is recorded for an appointment through the Appointment Book.
The Issues daily report contains all issues created in a center and is sent to the owner automatically each day.
Once created, click on the issue name in the Issues list to update the status and add notes for the issue.
- Be sure to enter the guest name, so issues can be viewed from that guest's profile.
- Once created, be sure to update the status of the issue, so the front office or customer relationship team can inform the guest about the status for the issue once its resolved.
