In the last few weeks, we've seen increased demand for training sessions, and in response we are scheduling free webinars for all Zenoti users. Webinars will cover topics across Zenoti capabilities, from the basics in handling bookings and billing to advanced topics like running effective marketing campaigns and managing inventory.

Front Desk Training – Part 1

Audience: Front Desk Staff, Managers

A walk through of the most common booking and billing scenarios, including how to add services or day packages to a guest’s appointment, reschedule an existing appointment, quickly add notes to a guest’s profile, book an appointment for a guest that has previously purchased a series package or membership, accept payment from a gift card. This is the most basic training class and required for all front desk to properly use the system.
