Assign Demand Price Groups

Before you begin, ensure that the demand price group you want to assign to services is configured at the organization level. Read: Create Demand Price Groups.

To assign a demand price group to a service at your center:

  1. Click Admin on the main menu.
    The Admin Dashboard opens.
  2. Click Resources > Services.
    The Manage Services page opens.
  3. Select the service for which you want to assign a demand price group.
  4. Click the Price tab.
  5. In the Demand Price column, select the demand price group you want to assign from the drop-down list.

    Note: If you are at the organization level, select the centers for which you want to assign the demand price group, and then select a demand price group from the corresponding drop-down list.
  6. Click Save.

Appointments booked hereafter use the assigned demand price groups.
